Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Medicine to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai .

This is a senior-level role focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and long-term management of children with neurodevelopmental disorders , within a multidisciplinary, family-centered care model.

The position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established pediatric service with access to advanced diagnostic tools and integrated therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for infants, children, and adolescents
  • Diagnose and manage conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay, learning disorders, and behavioral conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and intervention plans
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatric subspecialists
  • Provide guidance and counseling to families and caregivers
  • Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary clinics, case conferences, and care planning meetings
  • Participate in clinical governance, audits, and service development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with UAE regulatory standards
