A leading premium private healthcare group in Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist to join its expanding specialist medical services.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive endocrinology care across outpatient and inpatient settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in diabetes management, obesity medicine, metabolic disorders, and endocrine disease management.
The position offers access to modern diagnostic facilities and a large referral network within one of the UAE's established private healthcare environments.
Clinical Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Diagnose and manage: Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Thyroid disorders Pituitary disease Adrenal disorders Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease Obesity and metabolic syndrome Calcium and parathyroid disorders
- Lead specialist endocrine and diabetes clinics
- Develop comprehensive long-term management plans for chronic endocrine conditions
- Participate in multidisciplinary diabetes and metabolic care programmes
- Interpret endocrine investigations and advanced hormonal testing
- Support quality improvement, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice
- Mentor junior physicians and contribute to departmental education
