Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Arabic-speaking) to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai . This is a Tier 1 consultant-level appointment , offering the opportunity to work within a well-established mental health service delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role focuses on the assessment and management of a wide range of child and adolescent mental health conditions , within a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents Manage conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and developmental conditions Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions Work closely with psychologists, therapists, pediatricians, and educational professionals Engage with families and caregivers to support holistic patient care Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical governance, and service development Maintain accurate documentation in line with UAE regulatory standards Eligibility & Requirements Recognized Tier 1 Consultant qualification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English Proven experience in managing complex pediatric psychiatric cases Eligibility for DHA Consultant license Experience in multidisciplinary mental health settings Strong communication, leadership, and patient-centered care skills Benefits Tax-free income Housing allowance or hospital-provided accommodation Comprehensive health insurance (family covered) Education allowance for children Annual leave: 40 45 days Annual air tickets for employee and eligible dependents End of service gratuity (as per UAE Labour Law) CME allowance and study leave Relocation support / initial flight to UAE
