Construction Project Manager - Fit Out / Theming

Role overview

Construction delivery

• Lead construction and delivery of fit-out, themed environments, immersive features, specialist finishes, and associated systems.
• Manage contractors and vendors against safety, approved design, programme, budget, quality, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate daily site progress and resolve installation, sequencing, access, quality, testing, and handover issues.
• Integrate themed works with fit-out, audiovisual and show systems, MEP, base build, attractions, and surrounding infrastructure.

Quality, approvals and handover

• Inspect materials, samples, mock-ups, workmanship, and installed themed elements to protect creative intent and guest experience.
• Coordinate design information, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and site-driven design clarifications.
• Manage intellectual property and licensed-brand approvals through fabrication, installation, and final acceptance.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, defect resolution, and quality acceptance.
• Lead readiness and handover, including training, as-built information, asset data, O&M manuals, warranties, and close-out records.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction or project management experience in a relevant delivery environment.
• Mandatory experience delivering themed attractions, immersive environments, entertainment destinations, visitor attractions, or comparable themed developments.
• Proven leadership of on-site construction, installation, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover for complex fit-out and themed packages.
• Strong knowledge of themed construction, fit-out, specialist finishes, audiovisual and show systems, mock-ups, fabrication, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, programmes, procurement interfaces, change, variations, risks, budgets, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, creative teams, design authorities, IP stakeholders, operators, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; professional certification is advantageous.
• Strong site leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Location and work arrangement

• Role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site work.
• Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs workplace full-time as required by the role.
