Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
• Key Competencies
• Strong leadership and team management capability in large field environments.
• Experience managing construction interfaces between civil, structural, building, and rail systems activities.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Additional Expectations
• Proven ability to support procurement and pre-construction planning activities for major contracts.
• Experience managing construction in or adjacent to active operational rail environments with complex staging and access requirements.
• Experience planning for and delivering on testing, commissioning, and operational readiness requirements for major systems and infrastructure programs.
