Construction Manager

Location and work

• The role is located in Dubai.
• The work includes daily construction-site operations and supervision.

Project and site delivery

• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans; monitor baseline against actual progress and take corrective action.
• Identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures; coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee daily site operations and resources; supervise site teams and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Implement quality, HSE, and environmental requirements; conduct inspections and coordinate QA/QC approvals.

Commercial and stakeholder coordination

• Support extension-of-time claims, variation orders, contract administration, progress billing, cost control, and subcontractor performance monitoring.
• Maintain site documentation for instructions, variations, and approvals; coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Lead and develop the site team, track KPIs, and report progress and performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with planning and cost-control teams and proactively manage project risks and constraints.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8–10 years in civil construction projects, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
