Construction supervision

• Ensure HSE procedures and standards are implemented and participate in site HSE activities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and promote delay-recovery actions.
• Check subcontractor equipment and manpower and verify work against design documents, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections and sign certificates required by Site Inspection Plans.
• Maintain subcontractor non-conformity registers and coordinate resolution; identify design errors and request corrections where necessary.
• Review and approve subcontractor progress sheets and manage vendor specialists.
• Assist the Contract Manager or Engineer with new prices, subcontract amendments, and claims.

Qualifications and experience

• University degree or equivalent diploma in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience as an HVAC Supervisor or Engineer in construction of large oil and gas plants or EPC projects.
