Role Summary

Key Responsibilitie

• Supervise all civil construction activities including earthworks, concrete foundations, structural slab construction, and drainage syste
• ms.Review and comment on civil submittals including shop drawings, method statements, and material approval requests for concrete, rebar, and formwo
• rk.Monitor concrete pours, rebar placement, and formwork activities to ensure compliance with approved mix designs and structural drawin
• gs.Coordinate with the structural steel and MEP teams for embedded anchor bolts, sleeves, and penetration planni
• ng.Verify that underground drainage, cable trenches, and duct banks are constructed per approved civil drawin
• gs.Monitor subgrade preparation, backfill compaction testing, and surfacing wor
• ks.Review RFIs, technical deviations, and non-conformances related to civil scope and recommend resoluti
• on.Support pre-commissioning and system handover by ensuring all civil works are punch-listed and clear
• ed.

& Job Requireme

• NTS:
• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience in industrial, power generation, or heavy infrastructure proj
• ects.Valid UAE Residence Visa and Emirates ID – mandatory at time of applica
• tion.Demonstrated experience with reinforced concrete, foundation systems, and structural works in industrial environm
• ents.Familiarity with BS 8110, ACI 318, or equivalent structural and concrete codes applicable to UAE proj
• ects.

Experience

• working within EPCM or PMC project delivery frameworks on major industrial pl
• ants.Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Enginee
• ring.

Experience

• with AutoCAD and site survey tools for setting-out and verification of as-built w
• orks.Knowledge of Dubai municipality requirements and Dubai Building
• Code.Proven ability to manage Executing Company civil subcontractors and coordinate multi-discipline interface is
• sues.Strong documentation skills for RFI management, inspection records, and as-built mark
• -ups.
