Guest concierge services
- Make guest-requested concierge bookings and advise guests about local tourism or business locations, sights, and events.
- Record bookings and activities in the Alice portal.
- Welcome guests, direct them to Reception, and assist with luggage when required.
- Know regular guests and their requirements, hotel facilities and services, and the Management Team's names, functions, and locations.
- Answer questions, resolve problems, promote the hotel, and ensure guests receive messages and faxes promptly.
- Stay aware of daily functions, events, VIPs, and group arrivals; carry out other duties as required.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Two years of work experience in the same field at a luxury hotel brand preferred.
