Position summary

Guest assistance and communications

• Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, or suitable service providers for guests.
• Respond to special requests, including requests from guests with unique needs, and follow up on satisfaction.
• Share information about the property, local amenities, special events, and activities.
• Process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns; coordinate with relevant staff to resolve issues.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.

Service, safety, and teamwork

• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred qualifications and experience

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is listed as necessary.
• No license or certification is specified.
