Guest Environment Experts maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness and help create a memorable guest experience.
The position includes housekeeping functions and hands-on work throughout hotel spaces.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel areas, including rooms and public spaces as assigned.
- Deliver guest requests and help ensure hotel spaces support a positive guest experience.
- Stock carts and perform other housekeeping duties as needed.
- Complete reasonable job duties using a hands-on approach.
Physical requirements and standards
- The role requires being on one's feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
