Position summary
Server role focused on delivering a memorable dining experience through guest service, food and drink service, and attentive support.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and drinks.
- Keep work areas and supplies clean and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and safety and quality standards, maintain professional presentation and communication, and perform other reasonable duties.
Preferred qualifications and physical demands
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related experience are preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is listed.
- The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical duties include lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
- The role requires reading and visually verifying menu information.
