Concierge role in Rooms & Guest Services Operations at EDITION in Abu Dhabi.
The position is full time, non-management and not remote.
Position responsibilities
- Arrange guest services such as transportation, reservations and dry cleaning, and follow up on special requests.
- Provide information about the property, nearby amenities, events and activities.
- Answer, document and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Review shift logs and daily memos, and record relevant information in logbooks.
- Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, maintain a professional appearance and meet quality standards.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist people with disabilities and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Support team goals, listen and respond to employee concerns, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
