Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with applications for authorization by QFCRA, DFSA, FSRA, and/or UAE SCA.
• Support regulatory remediation and compliance integration consulting projects.
• Prepare and deliver compliance, corporate governance, risk, and AML training and regulatory advice.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulations and update colleagues and clients.
• Develop and maintain compliance/AML, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Draft manuals, policies, procedures, reports, and other required documents.
• Represent clients with business partners and regulators in QFCRA, DIFC, and ADGM matters.
• Manage client relationships, timesheets, additional-time notifications, and invoice-related matters.

Requirements and skills

• At least 3–5 years of regulatory experience in compliance and AML or similar roles.
• Knowledge of financial services concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Involvement in compliance, MLRO, and/or risk management functions at senior management level.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills and diplomatic, solution-driven communication with senior stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and authorities.
• Attention to detail and quality; excellent relationship management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous DFSA or FSRA registration as a Compliance Officer or MLRO is preferred.
• Candidates should be highly organized and motivated.
