Responsibilities

• Assist clients with applications for authorisation by QFCRA, DFSA, FSRA, and/or the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority.
• Support consulting projects, including regulatory remediation and compliance integration.
• Prepare and deliver compliance, corporate governance, risk, and AML training and regulatory advice.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and update colleagues and clients.
• Develop and maintain compliance, AML, risk-management, and corporate-governance frameworks.
• Draft manuals, policies, procedures, reports, and other required documents.
• Represent clients with business partners and regulators in QFCRA, DIFC, and ADGM matters.
• Manage client relationships, timesheets, additional-time updates, and invoice-related support.

Job-specific requirements

• Knowledge of financial-services concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Involvement in compliance, MLRO, or risk-management functions at senior-management level.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically and constructively with senior stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and authorities.

Job-specific skills and experience

• At least 3–5 years of regulatory experience in compliance and AML or similar roles.
• Previous DFSA or FSRA registration as CO/MLRO is listed as a qualification.
• Strong relationship management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and motivated.
