The company has more than 11,000 colleagues across over 125 offices in 87 jurisdictions.

About the role

Provide compliance, AML, regulatory-advisory, and governance support to regulated financial-services clients across the UAE and Qatar.

Support outsourced regulated services and clients’ ongoing regulatory obligations, with frameworks aligned to DFSA, FSRA, and QFCRA requirements.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compliance, AML, risk-management, and corporate-governance frameworks.
  • Draft and maintain manuals, policies, procedures, client reports, regulatory submissions, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance, governance, risk, and AML training, including client onboarding support.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide clear updates to colleagues and clients.
  • Represent clients in dealings with business partners, regulators, and authorities across the DIFC, ADGM, and QFC, as appropriate.
  • Manage client relationships, time records, additional-time communications, billing support, and service delivery.
  • Support consulting projects and regulated-services engagements involving the DFSA, FSRA, and QFCRA.

Job-specific requirements

  • Strong knowledge of financial-services regulation, compliance obligations, and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Practical involvement in compliance, MLRO, AML, and/or risk-management functions; regulated financial-services experience is preferred.
  • Work collaboratively while exercising professional judgment and regulatory independence.
  • Engage diplomatically with senior stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and authorities; manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Experience and skills

  • 3–5 years of relevant regulatory, compliance, and AML experience; financial services, consulting, or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
  • Previous DFSA or FSRA registration as a Compliance Officer and/or MLRO is preferred.
  • Strong client-service, relationship-management, written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
