Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for **Compliance Manager with Real Estate Development Experience** to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Complaint handling, customer service standards, and conflict resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and escalated issues.
  • Receive, acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints within established service levels.
  • Review complaints objectively and ensure resolutions are fair, consistent, and supported by evidence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Collections, Property Management, and Technical teams) to obtain information and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies when handling complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all complaints, investigations, correspondence, and resolutions.
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the complaint resolution process.
  • Manage escalated complaints involving senior management, regulatory authorities, or legal representatives.
  • Support mediation and dispute resolution to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes where possible.
  • Monitor compliance with internal response timelines and customer service KPIs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum **5 years of compliance experience in the UAE**.
  • Previous experience managing customer complaints, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Real Estate, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or similar sectors is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, ICA, or other compliance certifications are an advantage.
