For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.
Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a **Chief Financial Officer** (Project Finance & Banking Relations) to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes
- Manage project financing activities for residential and mixed-use developments
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders
- Structure and negotiate project finance facilities, corporate loans, and other financing arrangements
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across projects
- Ensure timely financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and risk management
- Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis and decision-making
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in real estate development or construction
- Proven experience in project finance, banking relations, and fundraising
- Strong network within UAE banking and financial institutions is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of real estate development financial models and investment structures
- Experience managing large-scale development projects and multiple financing facilities
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
