As we continue to grow and launch new projects, we are looking for a **Collection Officer** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate records of collection activities and outstanding accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams to reconcile accounts and track payments.
- Prepare and submit regular collection and aging reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all collection-related correspondence.
- Implement and follow collection policies and procedures.
- Manage overdue accounts, arrange debt repayments, and establish repayment schedules.
- Provide regular updates on the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
