Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Company Tailor** to join our hospitality team.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of tailoring experience** in the **hospitality industry**
- Proven experience in altering, repairing, and maintaining staff uniforms
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform garment fittings
- Knowledge of various fabrics, sewing techniques, and industrial sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Alter, repair, and customize staff uniforms to ensure a professional appearance
- Take accurate measurements for new uniforms
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of uniforms
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Human Resources departments regarding uniform requirements
- Maintain tailoring equipment and ensure a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory of tailoring supplies and report replenishment needs
