Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **Arabic-Speaking Call Center Agent** to join our healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
  • Minimum **2 years of experience** in a **hospital, clinic, or home healthcare** setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and call coordination
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical appointment systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
