Creative Events Graphic Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop event **themes and creative concepts** for exhibitions, corporate lunches, weddings, and exhibition stands
• Create **3D renders, digital mock-ups, and visual presentations** to communicate designs clearly to clients and production teams
• Design event graphics including invitations, signage, banners, environmental graphics, and decor elements
• Collaborate with event planners, production teams, and clients to ensure design aligns with event objectives and brand guidelines
• Adapt designs across **print, digital, and large-format physical spaces**
• Produce mood boards, layouts, and immersive visualizations to guide the event production process
• Stay updated on design trends, experiential marketing, and event visualization tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event graphic design with Events **3D rendering and visualization**
• Strong portfolio demonstrating **theme creation, concept design, and renders** for exhibitions, weddings, or corporate events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and **3D software** such as SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Ability to visualize and design immersive environments and experiences
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Understanding of print and large-format production processes

Preferred

• Experience with **motion graphics or interactive displays**
• Knowledge of lighting, materials, and spatial design for event spaces
