Commissioning scope and delivery
- Manage the project's commissioning scope and assure specifications are fulfilled for HSE, QA/QC, planning, scheduling, and cost.
- Manage commissioning activities through progress meetings and an activities programme leading to plant handover against the project schedule.
- Prepare commissioning activity lists during the early home-office phase.
- Develop general commissioning procedures for the home-office and site phases.
Project coordination and handover
- Support home-office specialists with systematization, HAZOPs, screenings, and the preservation matrix.
- Support development of the project's Vendor Assistance Matrix.
- Accept operating systems from Construction according to recommissioning procedures prepared during the home-office phase.
- Follow commissioning progress and arrange vendor and specialist technical assistance in advance.
- Coordinate with the vendor coordinator, subcontractors, and vendors on commissioning activities.
- Follow up and approve recommissioning by the Construction test and reinstatement team.
- Execute commissioning procedures and identify punch items for submission to the Handover Team for HCS entry.
