Commis III supports kitchen operations through food preparation, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain workstation cleanliness.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1,700 per month.
