Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily café operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability targets.
- Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Drive teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of management experience in the coffee industry.
- Strong communication, coaching, training, and team-development skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong café and restaurant operations knowledge, including experience managing P&L, EBITDA, budgeting, and overall business performance.
- Passion for specialty coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,150–4,800 per month.
