About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to brand standards.
• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, engaging, and personalized customer experience.
• Take orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Recommend beverages, food items, and retail products to guests.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, service counters, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Restock products and supplies during shifts.
• Support opening, closing, and daily café operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer-service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
• Basic English communication skills are required.

Compensation

• The description states pay of AED 1,725.89–4,146.32 per month.

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
