Commercial Sales Leasing | Serviced Offices & Conference Hall | Motaded, Riyadh

Motaded is expanding its business facilities in Riyadh — fully furnished, ready-to-move-in serviced offices and a conference hall seating 135+ — and we're looking for a Commercial Sales Leasing specialist who knows how to turn relationships into signed leases.

If you know the Riyadh market, have the connections, and can close deals — this is for you.

What you'll do: attract companies, entrepreneurs, and event organizers; manage the full leasing cycle (first contact → viewing → quotation → signed contract); activate your network and brokers to hit monthly occupancy targets; keep current tenants renewing.

What we look for: active relationships in the Saudi market; 3+ years in leasing, real estate sales, or workspace leasing; a proven track record of closing deals; strong negotiation and presentation skills; Arabic fluency, English a plus.

· Fully furnished offices, ready for immediate move-in, with full services (furniture, internet, reception, office services).

· An equipped conference hall seating more than 135 people, for events, meetings, and conferences.

· Private parking serving the offices and the hall.

Role purpose |

To achieve the highest possible occupancy and revenue from these facilities by attracting new office tenants, securing clients for the conference hall, and building a sustainable client base ensuring continuous, growing monthly revenue.

Duties & responsibilities |

  • · Actively seek potential clients (companies, entrepreneurs, event organizers) seeking ready offices or a conference hall.
  • · Activate personal relationships and network in the Saudi market and engage brokers to bring in tenants.
  • · Respond to inbound inquiries and follow them through to conversion.
  • · Organize viewings and present the facilities professionally; understand each client's needs (space, duration, budget).
  • · Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close the lease contract; complete contracting and documentation with management.
  • · Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets (office occupancy and hall bookings); build and track a sales pipeline.
  • · Submit regular reports on client status, signed contracts, and occupancy rates.
  • · Maintain relationships with current tenants to ensure renewals and resolve their feedback.
