Role purpose
To grow Motaded’s manpower and HR outsourcing business by attracting new corporate clients, closing B2B contracts, and building a sustainable, profitable book of business in the Saudi market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and win new corporate clients for manpower supply, staff outsourcing, recruitment, and HR services.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery meeting → tailored proposal → negotiation → signed contract.
- Activate and expand a personal network of HR decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal HR, operations, and technical teams to build accurate, competitive proposals.
- Cross-sell Motaded’s wider services (company setup, accounting, government relations, managed offices) where relevant.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and report progress weekly.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities in the HR/manpower sector.
Required qualifications
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, or HR outsourcing.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and closing contracts.
- Existing network of corporate clients / HR decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudization (Nitaqat), Saudi labor law, and government compliance.
- Fluency in Arabic; English is a strong plus.
- Valid work eligibility in Saudi Arabia and ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh.
Compensation
Competitive fixed base salary + progressive commission on signed contracts.
Reporting to senior management.
