At Motaded, we help investors and companies grow in the Saudi market through integrated solutions in Human Resources, recruitment, and outsourcing.
Today, we are looking for someone with a true passion for sales and a real ability to turn relationships into contracts.
If you are skilled at spotting opportunities and closing deals in the HR sector, this is your chance.
What you will do
- Attract new clients and close contracts in HR services, recruitment, and outsourcing.
- Manage the full client journey: from first contact, to the meeting, to the quotation, through to contract signing.
- Build long-term relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Coordinate with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
- What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR services, recruitment, or outsourcing sales (B2B).
- A proven track record of hitting targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR systems, Saudization, and government compliance in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).
