Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial agency business and win and deliver leasing instructions against agreed targets and guidelines.
• Generate business through networking and market activity; build relationships with landlords, occupiers, and market contacts.
• Develop leasing strategies for existing and future office developments; advise clients on positioning, occupancy absorption, and lease terms.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms.
• Oversee property marketing, including listing presentations, tours, videos, and leasing collateral.
• Research the market, occupiers, and competitors; present findings and report activity and transaction progress to landlords.
• Refer cross-selling opportunities across regional and global business lines.
• Maintain accurate records and efficient processes; manage workload, support colleagues, and protect client trust and confidentiality.

Experience and market knowledge

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with completed lease renewals, new lettings, and lease disposals.
• Existing network of office occupiers, law firms, accountancy firms, and technology professional services.
• Experience working with tenants/occupiers and landlords.
• Knowledge of office rents, trends, incentives, upcoming supply, vacancies, and tenants with active requirements.

Skills and qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate, take initiative, and work proactively.
• Proficient with computers, KF Internal Systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• MRICS or being on the APC pathway is preferable.
• International experience is beneficial.

Travel
