Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Commercial Finance Manager
to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and financial acumen, proven experience in the GCC region, and the ability to support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive business performance and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, costs, pricing strategies, and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 6 years of relevant experience
- in commercial finance.
- **Mandatory Gulf (GCC/UAE) experience.**
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- **Arabic language proficiency is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.**
- Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or corporate environment.
