We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Finance Manager
to lead and oversee the financial operations of a well-established FMCG business in the UAE.
The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, compliance, cost management, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- CMA or CIP qualification is preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including experience in a Finance Manager role.
- Mandatory experience within the FMCG sector.
- UAE work experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Focus ERP will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Deliver accurate management reports and financial insights to senior leadership.
