Commercial Finance Analyst

Role overview

Commercial finance and controlling

• Perform financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Advise operational management on financial impacts, cost control, and profitability improvements.
• Manage cost accounting, project controlling, and financial analysis for service operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS, and company financial policies.
• Manage resource delegation orders related to temporary hiring, service agreements, tax advice, and offer creation compliance.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal vouchers, accruals, WIP clearing, OCC adjustments, COPA margins, plan cost updates, and OoH reporting.

ERP implementation and support

• Act as a Finance partner for the AGORA ERP implementation project.
• Ensure financial and commercial requirements are reflected in the new ERP environment.
• Support financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work with IT and project teams to define and test financial workflows, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Support cleansing and validation of commercial master data.
• Keep ERP processes aligned with commercial policies and financial controls.
• Contribute process improvement opportunities throughout implementation and transition.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Accounts, Finance, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or a related finance function.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• ERP implementation or system migration experience is highly desirable.
