Role Overview
As Commercial Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategies that directly impact company revenue.
You’ll lead multiple teams, oversee brokerage operations, and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
**Develop and implement revenue-generating commercial strategies** Lead and grow a high-performing brokerage team **Manage multiple departments and ensure alignment with business goals** Set ambitious revenue targets and drive performance to achieve them **Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.**
Ideal Candidate
**Proven track record of increasing revenue in real estate or a related sector** Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams or departments **Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution** Excellent communication and negotiation skills
**Salary:** AED – Open (competitive and based on experience who are from firms i.e CBRE, Savills, CRC, Knight Frank & JLL etc ).
