We’re Hiring: Commercial Director (Exhibitions)
Are you a commercially driven leader with a strong background in exhibitions?
We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead revenue growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion across our portfolio of events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue
- Lead sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to maximize event performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within exhibitions/events (mandatory)
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
