Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, and business KPIs, and provide regular commercial reports to management.
• Support expansion into new markets and identify potential business development opportunities.
• Ensure effective inventory planning and alignment with market demand and sales forecasts.
• Approval of the company’s operating and investment budgets
• Building a strong team to achieve the company’s objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior business development management role within the automotive aftermarket or spare parts industry.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing staff in companies with over 100 employees
