Support growth and performance of J.P. Morgan Personal Investing through commercial insights, performance reporting, and analytical support.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial assumptions, models, frameworks, and business cases for evaluating initiatives.
- Monitor performance, identify drivers and risks, and analyse outcomes through retrospective reviews.
- Coordinate commercial initiatives across product, marketing, and growth; maintain roadmaps and trackers.
- Build insight frameworks and reporting tools, and prepare stakeholder updates and business review materials.
- Consolidate cross-functional information for planning and portfolio reviews.
Required qualifications
- Experience in commercial analysis, finance, or strategy.
- Familiarity with NPV/ROI modelling and applying analysis to recommendations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative ability, advanced Excel skills, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Able to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams with attention to detail and organisation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail investing, wealth management, brokerage platforms, or managed investment products is preferred.
- SQL, Python, business intelligence tools, or other analytical technologies are preferred.
- Experience presenting or reporting to senior stakeholders and additional European languages are preferred.

The Personal Investing Commercial team supports investment propositions and works with product, marketing, and finance partners.
