Job Title: Collection Officer

Job Summary

The Collection Officer is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely recovery of receivables, maintaining positive client relationships, and minimizing credit risk for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email and visits to follow up on pending payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and present aging reports and collection status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.
• Escalate unresolved cases to senior management or legal authorities when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid UAE D/L is must.
• 2–5 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge credit policies and Accounts Receivables.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
