Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Dubai
Type: 4 Months contract
Industry focus: Banking
Experience: 1+ years
Visa status : spouse /Sponsorship visa
Notice period: Immediate joiner
Key Responsibility:
• Follow up on accounts/ work queue assigned to contact customers, inform them about their overdue/ upcoming dues and get them to pay and regularize their repayments.
• Achieve the performance targets that has been communicated by the TL
• The job involves calling customer doing 100-150 calls to contact overdue customer and get them to pay their dues/overdue
• Identify reason for default and convince them to pay their dues/overdoes
• All customer calls must be made from assigned recorded lines and customer interactions updated on the collection system.
• Understand and address customer queries
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the unit
