Who We’re Looking For
You are entrepreneurial, strategic, and execution-driven.
You are passionate about
design, culture, and consumer brands
, and you are looking to actively build rather than just invest.
You bring capital, long-term vision, and the ambition to co-lead and grow a structured brand.
Your Role
- Lead core areas of the business (operations, finance, business development, or e-commerce based on your expertise)
- Co-own the growth and expansion strategy (store rollout, online scaling, regional partnerships)
- Contribute capital (flexible structure, preferably AED 900K+) to support operations, marketing, and production growth
- Represent Artenirs with partners, investors, and stakeholders
- Help build a strong, creative, and high-performance company culture
What You Bring
- Experience in startups, retail, art, e-commerce, or product-based businesses
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Investment capacity (flexible, ideally AED 900K+)
- Passion for storytelling, design, and building a brand with long-term value
