Are you ready to design the autonomous "brain" that will unlock the $700 quintillion asteroid economy? We aren't waiting for permission; we are building the infrastructure now.

At AstroGenesis Technologies , we are developing the distributed intelligence and logistics backbone of the space economy. Our goal is to secure Earth's future by tapping into the boundless resources of deep space. We are building the 'Rubicube Solar-AI Mining Satellite' : a standardized, 50cm x 50cm x 50cm modular spacecraft designed to operate in autonomous swarms.

This is not science fiction—this is imminent, high-tech engineering for execution. Our immediate goal is to finalize the 2026 Tech Demo Mission (Phase 1), validating our modular platform and 'Astro-AI Edge AGI' core while generating early-stage revenue through 'Astro-Data SaaS' in LEO.

This is a high-impact, defining role for a visionary engineer and entrepreneur. We are looking for a Co-Founder who is ready to invest in the vision, technically lead the development, and scale AstroGenesis from LEO demonstration to full deep-space operations. This is a chance to define the technical foundation of a $700Q industry.

The Challenge:

You will own the technical definition and development of the autonomous "brain" (AGI/Swarm Core) of our entire fleet. The AstroGenesis Rubicubes cannot rely on Earth for complex navigation or mineralogical analysis. You will design and implement the decentralized algorithms that allow a swarm of 10+ satellites to:

• Autonomously Coordinate: For collision avoidance and formation flying around uncooperative, tumbling asteroids.
• In-Situ Resource Analysis: Process real-time data from multi-band spectroscopic sensors to grade and select targets.
• Self-Healing Logistical Planning: Independently reorganize tasks if a single unit fails.
• Handle Communication Latency: Make critical, immediate decisions on the edge without real-time human intervention.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership (Co-Founder): Actively lead the technical vision for the 'Astro-AI Edge AGI Core' and swarm behavior.
• Investment Partnership: Participate as a Co-Founder & Investment Partner in the Seed/Series A round.
• Subsystem Integration: Collaborate with our structures, propulsion (Omnivore Engine), and payload (spectroscopic) leads to ensure the AGI is seamlessly integrated.
• Critical Design Review (CDR): Lead the AI and autonomous systems validation for our 2026 Tech Demo Mission (Phase 1).
• Algorithm Development: Design, prototype, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing for deep-space GNC and decentralized swarm intelligence.
• Team Building: Actively recruit and lead a world-class team of engineers in distributed computing and autonomous robotics.
• Investor Communications: Present technical milestones and de-risking roadmap to Seed/Series A investors.

Required Experience & "Out of the Box" Mindset:

• Deep Technical Scars (Crucial): Extensive experience in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC), decentralized systems, or swarm intelligence. You must have technically led or managed at least one hardware program that successfully launched and operated (ex-SpaceX, NASA, Blue Origin, Rocket Lab, or major NewSpace prime experience is preferred).
• Out of the Box Thinker: We are doing what has never been done. We need an engineer who doesn't just apply existing solutions but can synthesize new approaches. Can you think of an electrostatic method to collect regolith? A new way to utilize water in a solar-thermal engine? This is the mindset we need.
• Programming Mastery: Expert level in C++ and Python (for GNC/AI algorithms). Experience with ROS or equivalent.
• Global Citizen: As long as you can work asynchronously and meet the technical requirements, we are open to any global citizen.
• Foundational Trust: As a core leader, your technical decisions define the foundation of AstroGenesis and the entire $700Q industry.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with In-Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU) or robotic excavation systems.
• Familiarity with the specifics of C-type or M-type asteroid compositions.
• Experience with machine learning or specialized AGI processors for edge computing in space environments.
