Buzzbusy is a UAE-based technology startup building a smarter, more transparent way for customers to find, compare, negotiate, and book trusted service providers.
The platform connects individuals and businesses directly with service providers across home, maintenance, cleaning, moving, pet care, wellness, lifestyle, and other service categories, without the traditional aggregator model.
Instead of setting fixed prices or acting as a middleman, Buzzbusy enables customers to create jobs, request quotes, compare offers, negotiate directly, and contract with service providers on their own terms.
For service providers, Buzzbusy offers a low-cost digital channel to promote their own business, receive customer leads, build ratings, and grow without paying high aggregator commissions.

Market Opportunity
The UAE and GCC service market remains highly fragmented.
Customers often struggle to compare prices, verify service quality, and find reliable providers, while small service providers face high marketing costs, weak digital presence, and limited access to customers.
Existing aggregators typically control pricing, own the customer relationship, and charge high commissions.
Buzzbusy is designed differently.
Our model gives customers more choice and transparency, while allowing service providers to keep control over their own pricing, branding, and customer relationships.
Buzzbusy is initially focused on the UAE, with potential expansion into Saudi Arabia and other high-growth regional markets.

Co-Founder Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic
Co-Founder / Growth & Fundraising Partner
to help build, fund, and scale Buzzbusy into a leading UAE and GCC service marketplace.
This is not a conventional employment role.
As Buzzbusy is currently in its early traction phase and founder-funded, this role does not include a fixed salary at the outset.
The co-founder will participate through meaningful equity ownership, with founder compensation to be introduced once external funding is secured or the company reaches agreed commercial milestones.
This is a founder-level opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership in an early-stage technology company and play a central role in turning a live product into a scalable business.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in fundraising, growth, partnerships, commercial strategy, digital platforms, marketplaces, consumer services, or venture building.
The person should also be able to support capital mobilization, either through direct investment, investor access, or active fundraising leadership.
Role Overview
As Co-Founder, you will work closely with the Founder to:
Co-own company strategy, execution, and long-term growth.
Lead or support fundraising and investor relations.
Help mobilize pre-seed / seed capital through personal network, investor outreach, or direct participation.
Drive customer acquisition and early market traction in the UAE.
Develop strategic partnerships with property managers, communities, service hubs, corporates, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
Support service provider acquisition, onboarding strategy, and marketplace liquidity.
Help design and execute go-to-market campaigns across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Build growth metrics, traction dashboards, and investor reporting.
Support preparation of the seed funding data room and institutional fundraising strategy.
Represent Buzzbusy with investors, partners, service providers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Help build the future leadership team as the company scales.
Ownership & Commitment
This role includes:
Co-founder-level equity participation.
Long-term alignment through a structured equity vesting arrangement.
Strategic ownership in company growth and direction.
Active operational involvement.
Capital investment and/or fundraising contribution.
Leadership responsibilities aligned with the candidate’s strengths.
The final role, equity structure, responsibilities, and investment/fundraising expectations will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, commitment, and contribution.
This is a high-conviction founder role requiring both strategic contribution and hands-on execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can bring several of the following:
Experience
raising capital for startups or growth-stage businesses.
Strong investor, family office, angel, VC, or business network in the UAE/GCC.
Experience
in growth, partnerships, marketing, sales, or business development.
Understanding of marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, service businesses, or digital platforms.
Ability to help acquire customers and build early traction.
Commercial leadership experience in the UAE or wider GCC.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work hands-on in an early-stage environment.
Ability to contribute capital directly, or actively support fundraising from external investors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Long-term commitment to building a scalable technology company.
