We’re looking for a Co-Founder / Co-CEO from the HR-tech world to help lead it.

In 2024, a group of technology and business leaders came together in Dubai to build something different: an AI-native platform purpose-built for how enterprises actually hire.

We pivoted, iterated, and in 2025 launched Stafio.ai, an all-in-one, enterprise-grade talent acquisition platform, born in the UAE and scaling globally from DIFC, Dubai.

Today we’re founder-funded, angel-supported, with $800k+ raised in pre-seed and rallying for our Seed close by October 2026.

Revenue-generating and fully operational across EMEA, already trusted by leading enterprises across Europe and the GCC, with 10,000+ candidates processed in production.

Our platform spans the full talent lifecycle: AI-driven candidate matching, video prescreening, skills assessment, AI-native virtual video and AI Avatar interviewing, and hiring analytics, built on RAG and Agentic AI, end-to-end on one platform.

Anchored in a Human-in-the-Lead philosophy: AI does the heavy lifting; recruiters and HR leaders stay in command of every decision that matters.

Our existing founding team brings deep technology, commercial, and finance leadership across CTO, CRO, and CFO.

We are now adding HR-tech domain expertise to the founding C-suite at Co-CEO level.

This is a true co-founder equity seat, with vesting, cliff, and performance-aligned terms.

Equity-only until our Seed close (anticipated by October 2026), with the incoming Co-CEO playing a direct role in defining C-level remuneration during or post the Seed phase.

Equity will be structured around the value-creation potential of the candidate.

We’re hiring a Co-Founder / Co-CEO at the founding table, with the mandate to lead Customer Success, Operations, and Commercial Growth.

Full operational mandate, real ownership, and a seat shaped for an HR-tech leader who’s seen the inside of enterprise TA at scale.

The governance and scope of the role will be configured around your background and strengths.

You’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and self-driven.

You don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken; you build the solution and bring people along.

You want to build a company, not manage one.

We’re open to two core profiles:

Profile 1: Senior HR-Tech Sales / GTM Executive.

10+ years in sales or GTM leadership at a major HR-tech vendor.

Proven track record landing and expanding enterprise HR-tech deals across the GCC, Europe, or globally.

Comfortable building a category, not just selling into one.

Profile 2: Senior HR Executive.

10+ years in HR leadership (VP HR, HR Director, CPO) at a multinational or large regional enterprise.

Deep systems thinking on HR technology, talent management, workforce analytics, and ROI of HR-tech investments.

Strong credibility with HR VPs and CPOs; you can sell to your former peers in their language.

In both cases, you have AI literacy, GTM-building experience, and the operational range to run a small team toward metrics-driven outcomes.

Based in the GCC (UAE or Saudi preferred) or Europe, with willingness to be in Dubai at least twice a year.
