What we are adding is the professional credential layer - a senior CA and/or certified valuator who becomes the human standard behind the platform's output.

What You Will Do
- ─────────────────────────────────────
- Act as the professional credential anchor for the platform - your qualification and standing are part of the product's value proposition
- Review and countersign AI-generated valuation outputs (equipment and business) in your area of expertise
- Contribute to methodology design - ensuring the platform's analytical engine applies recognised international valuation standards correctly and defensibly
- Support commercial development - introductions to potential institutional clients (banks, accounting firms, insurance companies) from your professional network
- Participate in investor conversations as a founding team member, providing credibility to the professional services layer
- Grow into a named leadership role as the platform scales across UAE and GCC

What We Are Looking For
─────────────────────────────────────
Essential
✓ Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) in good standing - UAE practice experience required
✓ Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years in the UAE or GCC
✓ Demonstrable experience in business valuation engagements - SME, M&A, or dispute resolution
✓ Familiarity with IVS (International Valuation Standards) - working knowledge of IVS 200 and IVS 300 is highly advantageous
✓ Understanding of UAE FTA corporate tax framework and transfer pricing requirements
✓ Entrepreneurial mindset - this is a startup partnership, not a corporate role
✓ UAE residency
Highly valued:
◎ CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst - NACVA) or ASA credential
◎ RICS (MRICS/FRICS) qualification, particularly with plant and equipment experience
◎ Existing UAE bank or institutional relationships
◎ Prior experience advising SMEs through valuation events (sale, financing, FTA compliance)
◎ Interest in or experience with technology-driven professional services
