Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up **CNC lathe machines** for machining metal parts (SS, MS, aluminum)
- Interpret **technical drawings and specifications** to ensure accurate machining
- Select appropriate **tools, cutting parameters, and materials**
- Perform **machine setup, calibration, and adjustments**
- Monitor machining process to maintain **precision and quality standards**
- Conduct **basic programming/editing (G-code preferred)**
- Inspect finished components using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
- Ensure proper **machine maintenance and housekeeping**
- Follow safety procedures and company production standards
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **CNC Lathe Operator in metal fabrication/manufacturing**
- Strong understanding of **machining processes and tolerances**
- Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings**
- Basic knowledge of **CNC programming (G-code)** is an advantage
- Experience in **stainless steel and metal components machining**
- Familiar with measuring instruments and quality checks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
