Solicits and handles sales opportunities, supports timely service delivery, builds long-term customer relationships, and achieves sales objectives.
Education and experience
- Either a two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, plus 3 years of related sales and marketing experience.
- Alternatively, a four-year bachelor's degree in one of those fields, plus 1 year of related sales and marketing experience.
Relationship building and sales
- Coordinate sales efforts with off-property channels.
- Build customer relationships to generate bookings through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Develop community and stakeholder relationships; hand booked business over accurately to Event Management.
- Participate in sales calls and support booked business with proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
Revenue and market knowledge
- Identify new business and close opportunities in line with market conditions and revenue goals.
- Assess competitors, economic trends, and supply and demand to inform sales approaches.
- Understand target customers' business and concerns to offer suitable solutions.
Customer service
- Support customer loyalty and account growth through excellent service and company standards.
- Set a positive example in guest relations and obtain feedback on product quality and service.
Schedule and location
- Full-time position in Ummahat Island 1, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
