Role Overview

Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and hotel leadership to support commercial objectives and profitability.
E-commerce and digital marketing responsibilities
- Manage hotel websites, content, offers, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, booking patterns, conversion rates, and digital distribution performance.
- Plan and optimize campaigns across search engines, social media, display advertising, and other platforms.
- Coordinate promotions, seasonal offers, packages, and online merchandising; support rate parity monitoring.
- Report on performance, analyze competitors and markets, and present recommendations to hotel leadership.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, digital guidelines, and corporate e-commerce policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online distribution.
- Hospitality experience is preferred; experience across multiple hotels or properties is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of hotel e-commerce, direct booking strategies, and website conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and project management skills; able to manage priorities and collaborate across teams.
