Job Description

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek and the Accor Gold District Cluster.

This role requires an understanding of complex multiple positioning strategies, multiple brands and Heritage (Radisson) and Gold Souk (Accor) destination selling.

This is a collaborative leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and business development across a portfolio of internationally branded hotels.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing Sales and Meetings & Events team while working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, e-Commerce, and Hotel Operations to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales and Meetings & Events teams to deliver exceptional results over 7 hotels and 32 M&E venues, integrating sales, groups, weddings, social events and MICE.
  • Drive business across Corporate, Government, Leisure, Wholesale, Group, and MICE segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Represent the hotels at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
  • Strong experience in Corporate, Group, and MICE sales.
  • Experience managing multi-property or cluster sales operations preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key source markets.
  • Experience working with internationally recognized hotel brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a specialist-led commercial structure and collaborate across Revenue Management, Marketing, eCommerce & Distribution, Operations, and Finance.
  • Experience developing destination-led sales strategies and multi-property commercial initiatives is highly advantageous.
  • Reports directly to the Cluster General Manager
