Experienced clinical analytics expertise will inform how AI understands and interprets healthcare data.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines, for accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and recommend actions to leadership.
- Translate complex healthcare data into insights that support care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on model training and evaluation projects.
Qualifications
- Healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a proven track record in BI or data management.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfort working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
- Clear communicator able to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders; self-directed and reliable.
Preferred experience
- Data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows for structured healthcare data is a plus.
- EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics experience is a plus.
- Value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics experience is a plus.
Work arrangement
- Fully remote, flexible contract role with a 10–40 hour weekly commitment.
Project opportunity
