Alignerr seeks an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics at the intersection of healthcare and AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
- Connect healthcare data insights to care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on model training and evaluation projects.
Candidate profile
- Healthcare or clinical analytics experience and a track record in business intelligence or data management.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfort working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
- Clear communication of complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and ability to work independently.
Preferred experience
- Data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI or machine-learning workflows for structured healthcare data is a plus.
- EMR/EHR systems, claims data, population health analytics, value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics are advantageous.
